Figure 1 Viability of different types of cells treated with anthralin in vitro. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (T cells), follicular keratinocytes (FKC) and follicular dermal fibroblasts (FDF) were treated with different concentrations of anthralin for 72 h. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. All cell types showed a concentration-dependent reduction in their viability and no differences were observed between different cell types.
