I will be able to solve mathematical problems by writing and solving one-step equations So I can learn how to create tape diagrams in order to find the solution to a given equation (involving all four operations) and then check to determine if the solutions make the equations true (by using substitution method). I will show that I understood it by verbally discussing and successfully drawing at least 8 tape diagrams independently or with my partner by writing the value of the variable on my worksheet. 6.EE.B.7
