Injection of these blastocysts with mouse pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) gives rise to viable chimeric mice with all vascular endothelial cells derived from the PSCs. (B) Injection of Flk-11173F/1173F mouse blastocysts with rat PSCs did not result in chimeric animals born. All embryos died in utero before embryonic day 13.5.
