LLL functions in the European higher education policy RG A/2 Gábor Erdei University of Debrecen

The scope of the RG A2 To analyze the LLL strategies and functions of the higher education institutes in the Bihar-Bihor Region (BBR) To investigate and understand the social (and economic and personal) needs for further learning and traning in adulthood in the BBR To make empirical reserach in the adult learner groups, participating in various fields in the higher education system in the BBR

LLL and higher education in the Partium region - challanges and perspectives (mezo level) 3. Strategies in higher education versus institutional implementations (micro level) 4. The expansion of higher education with special attention to part-time students in Bihar-Bihor „learning region”, 1990-2010 (micro level)
