Context of first YEI reporting Indicator data should be reported for Annexes I and II ESF/YEI indicators

Exceptions of first YEI reporting Reporting of longer-term result indicators was not relevant (late implementation start) Indicators on entities are not relevant since entities are not supported by YEI Data on homeless participants and from rural areas are required to be reported once in 2018 (MS can opt to report yearly)

Issues identified on data reported (i) Consistency among common output indicators Selective reporting of common output indicators have not been reported (6) The Grand total of participants is not reported or less than total sum (2+4)

Issues identified on data reported (ii) Consistency among result indicators Not reporting of ESF common immediate result indicators (6) Selective reporting of YEI result indicators (4)

Issues identified on data reported (iii) Other observations: Measurement unit of each indicator should be equivalent to the one used in the Operational Programme (2) Information reported beyond the cut-off date (31 December 2014) (2)

The way forward Completing/correcting submitted data What are the challenges faced in submitting the structured data? Which are the factors that led to the issues identified? Structured data will feed into the 2015 evaluation
