Equalizer Training The Equalizer is a multi -purpose and versatile piece of strength training equipment. Classes incorporate cardio, strength, agility and core. Classes are lead in a circuit training format.

Introductory Yoga A gentle introduction to yoga. Great for beginners and the elderly. Focus is on stretching and relaxation. Excellent environment for developing proper technique and learning the asanas.

PLAY (Promoting Active Living for Youth) Students participate in active living games. Part of the Lifestyle Clinic at the Brampton Civic Hospital. “Embracing a Healthy Lifestyle – Guidelines to Get You and Your Family Started.” Placement project: workshop for parents Exercise guidelines, sample workouts, major muscle groups, nutrition guidance, portion sizes, benefits of exercise & proper nutrition, Q & A session.
