Wave 1: Key Accomplishments Client Outcomes: Adults Existing PfP-Developed Outcome System in Operation Comprehensive Battery of instruments in 11 domains sensitive to serving people with SMI Interim plan developed to integrate with selected EMR vendor measures IMPACT system supports individual level graphing to show trends
