DESIGN OF ETHNIC RESTURANT Ethnic restaurants are generally considered to serve region specific food. Character is expressed in the design of the premises and rituals of food presentation and service. Example: Arabian Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, Thai Restaurant, Japanese Restaurant, Scandinavian restaurant.

DESIGN OF ETHNIC RESTURANT DESIGN REQUIREMENTS Feed around 300 customers at a time with indoor dining area of 600 square meters and outdoor dining area of 450 square meters. The design should exhibit flexibility to incorporate this change in spatial arrangements. Restaurant design should also incorporate a gift shop of the same ethnicity.
