WHO WE ARE! We support 9 individuals across three home in Hemel Hempstead, and 3 individuals on Outreach. We are looking for dynamic support workers to support us to achieve our goals. We love to go out and about within Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas in Hertfordshire. We like to have support 1:1 so we can do the things we like, such as going to cinema, shopping, arts & crafts, eating out, discos and seeing shows! We also like to do communal activities and have a great garden where we like to have BBQ’s and parties in the summer. We love our Parties! Family and friends are very important to us, and we like to be supported to keep in touch.   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is dynamic and can use their initiative and support us in all aspects of our lives. A Support Worker who is bubbly, caring, reliable and supportive. Someone who is reliable and we can trust to help us in the house and in the community so we don’t miss out. We would like someone who encourages us with healthy eating and lifestyle options. Someone who is flexible and is able to support us to work early in the morning and support us to disco in the evening. Good organisational and computer skills as it is a busy service with a lot going on!|
