2019 Proposed Eligibility Criteria High School Category 2: Closing the Achievement Gap Poverty Rate of at least 40% Highest % of growth from any color to green in ELA OR Math from the 2016-17 and 2017-18 school years for the targeted students groups (AA, HI, SED, SWD and EL).
