The ‘important stuff’ Unfortunately there is no mobile signal in the house, but we have constant access to the landline and will contact you immediately if there is a problem. St. James’ staff will be with the children throughout the residential. We will update you regularly with our Teachers2Parents Text Service.

Bedrooms Bedrooms are not decided upon until we get there; you will find out when the instructors tell you at the centre.

Pocket Money You can take a maximum of £2.00 with you for the tuck shop; you will not be allowed to spend any more than this. There are souvenirs; if you want these the list is in your pack. I will need your order and money by Tuesday 14th May 2019. School will be purchasing a t-shirt for each child, so can you please let us know before you leave tonight which size you would like.

Medication If you need any prescribed medication, you need to complete a form and hand it into Mrs Franklin before Friday 17th May. Medication to be clearly labelled and handed to me before or on morning of travel. To avoid taking 30 bottles of Calpol; if your child normally has this if they have a headache, etc. please sign the form so that we can administer it. If the form is not signed we can not administer the medication.

Before you leave tonight All medical forms need to be completed ASAP. All souvenir forms need to be completed and money paid ASAP. T-shirt sizes decided upon. Any questions or worries you have, please do not hesitate to ask.
