How to Create a Fakebook profile

Access the Site Follow the following link to the Fakebook website Fakebook FYI, this site is not compatible with certain versions of Mozilla Firefox. It works best with Google Chrome. This site does not require an account; simply start filling in your profile!

Fill in Basic Information Fill in your name and basic information. The site uses a Google search to fill in default pictures for characters; or you may choose your own.

Update Friends List In the “Friends” box, fill in the names of the other characters in the play. The site will automatically choose default pictures, or you may upload your own.

Create your Fakebook Wall Type in a name and a date and create wall posts for the characters To comment on a wall post, simply click “comment” on the post that’s already on the wall Make sure that your profile lines up, both content-wise and chronologically, with the other members of your group

Creating Other Features Create Groups, Events, etc. by selecting “add another box”. Change the title of the box and change the interests of your specific character.

Save and Share Click “Save” on the save button below the Fakebook cover photo/header You will be prompted to create a password to access/edit this template. Create password.

Submit Assignment Select “Share” in the top right-hand corner. Copy the URL, and submit it to me via email no later than midnight on Friday, April 4th.
