Aim To Promote Positive, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing for the workforce of Seagate Technology
Objectives By the end of the session the participants will be able to: Identify common statistics on mental health Demonstrate awareness of mental health stigma Identify the most common mental health disorder in the UK Discuss the benefits of seeing the person before the illness Identify the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours
Objectives (contd) List a number of negative thinking styles Explore the methods and benefits of managing these thoughts Demonstrate replacement of automatic negative thoughts with realistic positive thoughts List the ‘take 5 steps’ to wellbeing and ‘10 tips’ on resilience Develop a plan of action to implement ‘Take 5 Steps’ or ‘10 tips on Resilience’
