Genesis: The Book of Beginnings Beginning: Humanity Beginning: Hebrews Four Events: Four People: Creation Fall Flood Babel Abraham Isaac Jacob Joseph

Genesis 5-8 Sin brings death (5:1-32); but Enoch walked with God (5:21-24) Sin brings destruction (6:1 - 8:22); but Noah walked with God (6:9)

Genesis 5-8 The consequences of sin are emphasized: death and destruction; but Enoch and Noah walked with God (see also 8:20) Lesson: God sees the light of righteousness in the midst of dark wickedness
