2019 CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK CAMP Shippensburg University South Lakes Cross Country/Track 2019 Fall Training Camp Aug 8 – Aug 12, 2019 2019 CROSS COUNTRY & TRACK CAMP Shippensburg University 1871 Old Main Drive Shippensburg, PA 17257 1.The Cross country season starts on Aug 5, 2019 at South Lakes High School. All athletes must have paperwork turned in to the AD’s office by July 30. 2. On Aug 8-12, the team will move to Shippensburg Univ. for training and team building. All athletes are encouraged to attend. 3. Those who can’t afford camp will be given a training plan to do on their own and must report to Coach Schuler on a daily basis. 4. The estimated cost will be $310-$340 which covers, lodging, meals, use of school facilities, adventure training (Hershey Park) and transportation.. 5.
