Scanning problems & solutions Incomplete scans (missing pages) => Number each page before scan and check pages after scan Scans writing not visible Use 2B pencils for sampling data Special attention needed for waterproof paper (scan quality adjustments) Scanner breakdown Let us know if it can’t be fixed! Other common problems: data not scanned, scanned but not sent, scanning instructions on verso,.. If visible on screen, then it should be visible on the printout
