Literature review Fletcher (1999)-50 percentage of the respondents out of 245 graduates in nine Graduate Enterprise Programme (GEP) pursuing business start-up courses were females. Conclusion Females showed more inclination than males. Business students, IT and Engineering students in that order showed preference towards Entrepreneurship.
