Presentation released to the Wing Phase 0 Presentation released to the Wing Wing Commanders, Wing Cadet Programs Officers, Wing Directors of Safety, CAC Chairs, Wing Cadet Commanders (if applicable). Wings will announce the program to all of their Squadron’s to and gather feedback on the program. Initial Advertisement Trailer Social Media Campaign (Facebook, Twitter etc.) Wing/Region Newsletter Article Finalization on Prizes (Wing/Region) Initial Program Tweaking We will take the feedback from the Cadets/Seniors and use it to make last minute adjustments as needed.

Squadrons will begin implementing the Competition at a Squadron level Phase 1 Squadrons will begin implementing the Competition at a Squadron level The SWR Safety Team will work with the Wing Directors of Safety to reach out to Squadrons and offer mentoring/help with the program through video and phone conferences. Successful completion in the program will be highlighted in Wing/Region newsletters and on Social Media. This will be used to both highlight success and drive more interest. Successful completion will result in each Squadron receiving a Letter of Appreciation from both the Wing Commander and the C/Safety Team at Region.

Squadrons will begin implementing the Competition at a Wing Level Phase 2 Upon successful completion of Phase 1, SWR Safety will implement Phase 2. Squadrons will begin implementing the Competition at a Wing Level The SWR Safety Team will work with the Wing Directors of Safety to help them work with the Cadets to develop a Wing Wide Safety Identity and offer mentoring/help with the program through video and phone conferences. Successful completion in the program will be highlighted in Wing/Region newsletters. This will be used to both highlight success and drive more interest.

Squadrons/Wings will submit their ideas to be judged Phase 3 Upon successful completion of Phase 2, SWR Safety will implement Phase 3. SWR Safety Team will Skype in/Visit Encampments to talk about their ideas for a Region Safety Identity This way Wings will be included, but in a fair and manageable way. Squadrons/Wings will submit their ideas to be judged Region will close responses in August and judge submissions. Final prizes will be awarded.
