Presentation transcript:

Requirements/ Criteria The club must have women* in its manager team/in its decision- making body The club is committed to increase the number of women in its program - We don’t use quotas, but we ask for a real commitment The club put the prevention against sexism in its security/awarness plan’s priorities The club must implement an internal process to prevent sexual harassment within the organization The club must be ready to work in a long-term process

Actions Organize training on sexism issue and definition for the club’s staff (security, bar, dressing room, artist reception)  Nightworkers must be the « agents of changes » to promote equality and fight against sexism and harassment. Create a “WCDiT” plan including specifical needs or conditions of the venue.

Actions The club organize prevention actions during parties, based on drugs prevention but with the specific gender issue: posters, quiz…  The club needs to find the better option to be open to the testimonies of people abused or disturbed by other inappropriate actions  Staff try to follow up dialogue with the offenders

Actions The club and the team organize action to encourage women* not to go back home alone on their own way. The club give informations on taxis, public transports, try to find other people to do the way back together.

The Method Teaching: We Can Dance it team is working with education partner on awareness, prevention at public school. We create a Network, than the members could exchange and sharing difficulties, good practices. We build this label together “co- construction”. Women*on stage.
