Programmes that: Maximise access to Community Learning for Adults Bring new opportunities and improve peoples lives, whatever their circumstances Promote social renewal by bringing communities together For individuals and groups to experience the joy of learning and the pride that comes with achievement Maximise the impact of community learning on the social and economic well-being of individuals, families and communities
Minimum standards and expectations All Providers must insure they : Have a UKPRN number Do not have an SFA contract over £100,000 Are financially sound Comply with CLSDs minimum standards (as stated in the contract) Clearly evidence Pound Plus
Minimum standards and expectations All Programmes must include the following: An Individual Learning Plan for each learner An initial assessment that is fit for purpose Clear evidence of RARPA Support learners to improve English and Maths by embedding in to all programmes Deliver Good quality Teaching, Learning and Assessment
