Workshop Objectives To help you understand what CMST Roles are in USA and Canada New York Bechtel Summit Washington DC HoHo Outline the support on offer to Units Outline what your responsibilities as Leaders are Give you confidence that we are here to help you

Timings & Explanation Run through the various stages and what we will be doing Contact! (face to face, electronic, phone, UKC Event App)

UK Departures and flights to the USA There will be no UK CMST at the UK airports Unit Leaders and IST are expected to manage this phase UK Ops Centre will be up & running to assist with emergencies Contact details will be` made available to you

Units - When you are in New York City Airport arrivals CMST will be present at each airport terminal Travel Places and their ground agents will direct you to your designated coach to take you to your accommodation Accommodation CMST will be present at each University University staff will check you in Around NYC CMST will be around Manhattan Departure from NYC CMST will be at your ferry and coach departure point

Units – En route to Bechtel Summit Travel Places and their ground agents will help you board your coach CMST might be travelling on your coach, please be nice to them Mid-point accommodation staff will check you in You’ll board your coaches the following morning to travel to The Summit

At The Summit Upon arrival CMST will be present to assist with Check-in issues There will be daily visits by CMST to each base camp – between 4pm & 7pm. Our office is staffed 24/7 CMST and Travel Places will direct you to your departure day coaches

In Washington D.C. CMST will be present at the University and around D.C. University staff will check you in to your rooms Travel Places and their ground staff will direct you to your buses for Baseball

Enroute to Ho Ho Travel Places and their ground agents will direct you to your coaches CMST will wave you off

During Ho Ho Enjoy, CMST will be available via the Ops Centre

Homeward Bound! CMST will be around any land borders We will not be at your departure airports
