KGF (5 mg/kg) 0, 24, 48, or 120 h before IAV infection. Twenty-four hours after challenge with IAV, lungs were harvested and dissociated and dispersed-lung cells were stained with antibody to pro SP-C, IAV-NP, and Ki67 and analyzed by flow cytometry.
