2019 Season It’s A Great Time To Be A Flash! Best Off Season Workouts To Date! Athletic Department and Program Growth Since Joining The HCC FTYF and Middle Schools Working Directly With High School Program! Elite Effort At All Levels! Flashes Football Player Expectations Be a Student Athlete Student First, Athlete Second (MUST PASS 5 CLASSES TO BE ON TEAM) Attendance! Players will not play if they are not at practice to learn and develop. Summer is KEY! Communication! If there is a reason players must miss practices we expect them to communicate this ahead of time with Coach Lewis and their Position Coach. Commitment! Trust the Process. Embrace Your Role. Practice Hard So Games Are Easy. Respect Treat your coaches and teammates the way you want to be treated. Be a young man with strong character

Negativity can spread like wildfire, trust me and my staff to do what is best for the program and your son. Injuries/Medical 2 Athletic Trainers at FC Kierston and/or Meghan (Will be at all practices/events) Team Physicians- Dr William Mosi Jones @ Community Health Network 317-497-2130, Dr Jackie Kiefer @ Methodist Sports Medicine************.  They will get you in within 24 hours if you call and state that you are a FC athlete. Injury checks weekly at school with Dr Jackie Kiefer.  Dr Jaggers will be at all Friday night football games. Please bring notes to Kierston/Meghan if you see a physician for an injury so we can appropriately take care of the injury.   Please avoid Medchecks and walk-in clinics unless it is a true emergency: obvious fracture, needs sutures, illnesses and skin diseases.  We typically receive a note that says no activity for 2 weeks and follow up with a ortho physician. They cannot override a physicians note once received.
