Participates in the Charter presentation ceremonies Monitors new clubs through the sponsor clubs

Average of four clubs per year RESULTS From 22 clubs to 49 clubs Average of four clubs per year Minimum of one hundred new Rotarians every year

GOING FORWARD 3 new clubs at the Organizational Stage The Ghana Extension Committee currently has: 3 new clubs at the Organizational Stage 4 at Pre-Organizational Activities Stage 4 at the Consideration Stage. Target is sixty (60) clubs in Ghana by June 2020.

LESSONS Prospective members of community-based clubs living or working within the locality. Start Organizational Meetings with no less than 20. Recruit quality material who can meet membership financial obligations. Include mature persons with leadership and managerial experience. Sponsor clubs to monitor and mentor for two years.
