The regulatory bodies have handled this for us and we should say nothing more than that they need to be obeyed. Suggested remedy: Delete word "safety" in this sentence. Also delete the paragraphs "Flicker can cause ... [B38].", "It is suggested ... and upper cut-off frequencies.", and "This standard does not specify ... [B38]." Tae-Gyu Kang
