Teaching Philosophy Mohammed R. Ahmed

Question? Are the learners actually learning what the professors are teaching?

Answer It depends on the individual professor’s teaching philosophy because teaching philosophy creates an environment for learning or programing to accomplish goals.

Question? Do we need a teaching philosophy to prepare learners for business?

Answer Yes

Something to think before developing a teaching philosophy

The role of professors is changing along with changes in the environment. There is no monopoly on knowledge because we are an open-source knowledge-sharing society.

Sharing knowledge is not enough on its own to prepare learners to succeed in the workplace. We need to create an environment for learners to actually learn.

I believe that professors have the primary obligation to develop a sound philosophy, and learners have the right to know the professors’ feelings about the transmission of knowledge, or their teaching philosophies.

My Teaching Philosophy Learning is retaining. Learning is individual responsibility. Learning together involves teamwork. Learning is a continuous process. Learning is global understanding.

Above are my feelings about teaching and learning Above are my feelings about teaching and learning. What are your feelings about teaching and learning or teaching philosophy?
