Key Changes in revised nomination process Interaction of NGG’s daily & IUK’s hourly regime: IUK proposal is to keep existing matching rules and matching system Daily noms (with counterparty detail) submitted by NTS Shippers via Gemini and passed by NGG via electronic data transfer to IUK as Matching TSO ISIS will apportion NGG daily numbers evenly over the hours in the day to get an equivalent hourly rate ISIS will carry out matching process between the hourly IUK Shipper noms and the calculated hourly NTS Shipper noms Under normal operations, the IUK Shipper nom will prevail if any difference in the hourly noms Results of hourly matching provided by ISIS to NGG’s system Impact: IUK Shipper gets hourly profiled Confirmed Quantities from ISIS and NTS Shipper gets daily Confirmed Quantities from Gemini
Key Changes in revised nomination process Renominations : NGG are proposing to submit NTS Shipper renominations to IUK as Matching TSO on an hourly cycle – NGG will send data file shortly after the hour bar IUK will carry out matching process and send results back to NGG for uploading onto Gemini Impact : NTS Shippers will get daily Confirmed Quantities updated on an hourly basis Hourly processing of NTS Shippers’ nominated quantities effectively locks in a renomination which can’t be adjusted until the next renomination cycle.
Key Changes in revised nomination process Single Sided (Re)nominations : NGG are proposing Single Sided Noms are submitted to NGG Daily noms (with counterparty detail) submitted by NTS Shippers via Gemini passed by NGG via electronic data transfer to IUK as Matching TSO ISIS will apportion NGG daily numbers evenly over the hours in the day to get an equivalent hourly rate Same data will be used as equivalent IUK Shipper noms i.e. a flat profile Impact : All Single Sided Noms to be submitted to NGG (via Gemini) not IUK (via ISIS). No ability for Shippers to advise a profiled flow through Single Sided Noms
