Pool Refurbishment Contract Scope of Work Repair cracks in the Main Pool Remove and replace all existing concrete coping and waterline (Main Pool) Inspect the remaining bed for any deterioration and inform client of any additional repairs required to prepare the bed for new installation. (Main Pool) Replace all recirculation covers (bottom drains.)(Main pool) Power wash both pool interiors, acid clean, apply white epoxy base paint   Options/Alternatives  Repair skimmer scuppers at waterline of the main pool (No charge) Expand the scope of paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 above to include the Wading Pool Provide and Install a handicap lift December 1, 2018 General Membership Meeting

BUDGET PROCESS Budget forms & packets are sent to departments DECEMBER/JANUARY Budget forms & packets are sent to departments MID-FEBRUARY Budgets are due back to Administration Departments appear before the governing body for presentations County assembles all requests & waits for revenue estimates from Commonwealth for submission to the governing body Informational meetings may take place for clarification of requests Governing body holds work sessions to finalize budget proposal for advertisement Public Hearing on budget Seven (7) days from public hearing, governing body adopts budget & tax rates on or before May 1st December 1, 2018 General Membership Meeting
