ASIPI – Memorandum of Understanding LESI has approved the MOU with the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) MOU signed by Alan Lewis June 4,2011 Copy of MOU available for review on website

WIPO Trademark Manual – Ken McKay Internal review at WIPO in process WIPO is expecting that this project will be completed this year

Global Technology Impact Forum (GTIF) January 24-24, 2012, Geneva Switzerland – Audrey Yap First conference call for all Participants held January 27/28, 2011 was very productive. GTIF work session Scheduled for Tuesday June 7, 2011 with leaders of the three tracks at the LESI London meeting.

World Economic Forum (WEF) - Ichiro Nakatomi Will continue to develop ties with the World Economic Forum (Davos)

Invitations to LESI Conference in London – Art Rose Representatives from WIPO, APAA, AIPLA, ASEAN and AIPPI accepted our invitations and will be attending the London LESI Annual conference Francis Gurry – WIPO YB Kim – AIPPI Dato Kandon – APAA David Hill – AIPLA Andrew Ong - ASEAN

Will Continue work with UNEP and Climate Change Mitigation. UNEP – Walter Copan Plenary Panel scheduled for the London LESI conference. Title: “Climate Change Mitigation Technologies – Innovation Transfer and the Planet’s Future.” Will Continue work with UNEP and Climate Change Mitigation.

European Patent Office (EPO)- Bruno Vandermeulen and Christian Appelt Continue and enhance relations with the EPO through the LESI European Committee.
