Pathways to Prosperity River region manufacturing Pipeline: Incarcerated/Previously incarcerated pathway

Grant’s Purpose Train and prepare incarcerated and recently released individuals for employment/placement in manufacturing positions Address hiring challenges in four rural counties in Southeast Minnesota Build skills around foundations in manufacturing Provide wrap around services and a Career Navigator to assist individuals in gaining self-sufficiency

Grant Training Summary Manufacturing 101 OSHA 10 for General Industry Essential Soft Skills for Employment Human Resources Panel Adult Basic Education Support 1 College Credit, 2 Certificates and 1 Certification Adult Detention Centers = 4 cohorts and 50 students completed
