Process Description: Split a full pallet into several pallets Hanns-Georg Rybak 2017-02

Step 1: splitting a full pallet into several pallets Iteration 1: split off a part of pallet SSCC to a new pallet Iteration n: split off a part of pallet SSCC to a new pallet SSCC

Step 2: Building a sandwich pallet SSCC

Step 3: close pallet using logistics type S1 or S2 and attach explanation sheet copy S2 adds 40 kg (two pallets are added to the base pallet weight) This is a stacked sandwich pallet, respecting your maximum pallet height requirements. Data is related to the entire stack. For put away of the singular pallets, cut the foil below the pallet means. S1 adds 20 kg (one pallet is added to the base pallet weight) PX adds zero kg (because the base pallet is included in the pallet weight) SSCC

Step 1: splitting a full pallet into several pallets Iteration 1: split off a part of pallet SSCC to a new pallet SSCC

Step 2: Building a sandwich pallet Shrink together with foil to one broad pallet unit. The SSCC is valid for the new compilation. = SSCC SSCC

Step 3: close pallet using logistics type S1 or S2 and attach explanation sheet copy (similarly: S3 and S4 for disposable pallets) S2 adds 40 kg (two pallets are added to the base pallet weight) This is a stacked sandwich pallet, respecting your maximum pallet height requirements. Data is related to the entire stack. For put away of the singular pallets, cut the foil below the pallet means.
