#DrinkH2O Wellness Challenge What: A 4-week behavior change program designed to help participants increase water intake and exercise at least 30 minutes most days per week. The goal of the program is to encourage healthier habits by decreasing the number of sugar-sweetened beverages consumed and while also encouraging exercise. When: Challenge Begins Monday, July 4 and the Challenge Ends Sunday, July 29. How: 1. Register on the Intranet/User Portal. 2. Use the attached tracking sheet to track water intake and each day you exercise for at least 30 minutes. 3. The goal is to increase your water consumption to at least 64 ounces of water per day and exercise at least 30 minutes throughout the day. It is your responsibility to keep up with how much water you drink and how much exercise you do each day during the challenge. 4. At the end of the challenge turn in your completed tracking sheet to Johanna Ray/Human Resources to be eligible for the completion prize by August 1. Participant Commitment: I promise to drink more water than sugary drinks with a goal of drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day by the end of the 4-week competition. I will also work to maintain a consistent physical activity routine with a goal of being active for 30 minutes every day during the 4-week competition.
