Work Streams supported by the REC COM Project Management Unit (PMU) Technical supervision, guidance and direct support of Project Component 2 (PC2) activities Ensuring overall project technical coherence and support to Project Component 3 (PC3) activities 2

Work-stream 1 - PMU - Activities Day-to-day project management and co-ordination; Planning; Budget review and preparation; Preparing job descriptions and terms of reference for national consultants and subcontractors; Issuing contracts to project national consultants and other services/goods suppliers; Monitoring contracts execution; Establishing the Monitoring and Evaluation framework for the project; Acting as a Secretariat of the Project Advisory Committee; Promotion and outreach of project activities and results; Facilitation & support to mobilizing co-financing and other funding; Reporting;

Work-stream 1 - PMU - Deliverables Risk Monitoring and Reporting matrix/tool submitted on biannual basis Inception Workshop Report Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework submitted at the end of the inception phase and then on an annual basis. ToR/Book of Rules of the PAC; MoMs from the PAC Sessions; Detailed working plans (project activities execution) submitted on a quarterly basis Annual project budget submitted on a biannual basis Job Descriptions of Consultants submitted for quality checks Copies of Contracts with Consultants submitted for quality checks Biannual Project Reports Performance evaluation forms of consultants and subcontractors 4

Work-stream 2 - PC 2 Execution - Activities Selecting national trainees for the EnMS, SSO and CASO Expert training programmes. Securing collaboration agreements with Partner Enterprises. Coordinating preparation and supervising delivery of the UNIDO EnMS Programme. Coordinating preparation and supervising delivery of the UNIDO SSO and CASO Programmes Coordinating and supervising the integrated implementation of ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 in 5 Macedonian enterprises. Awareness raising and promotional events Leading the impact assessment of EnMS and energy system optimization (ESO) programmes. Preparing case studies about EnMS and ESO implementation. Make the distinctions clear.

Work-stream 2 - PC 2 Execution - Deliverables Report on the selection process of trainees Signed Collaboration Agreement with each Partner Enterprise Material of the UNIDO EnMS and CASO / SSO) Programmes adapted and translated in Macedonian Sound and effective delivery of EnMS, CASO / SSO training programs Contracts issued to national trainees A total of 5 enterprises implement integrated EnMS-EMS Organization and reporting on public awareness seminars Submission of Monitoring and Verification (M&V) Framework Submission of Reporting Results and Assessing Impact (RRAI) Tool 8 case studies prepared 6

Work-stream 3 - PC 3 support Activities and Deliverables Activity: Monitoring and ensuring technical and logical cohesion of project interventions under the different PCs.
