Spring Book Fair next week A Peek at Next Week in… Mrs. Harvey’s Class March 25, 2019 Reminders Read daily with someone.  Practice Reflex Math & Raz Kids Objectives:   Reading: We will continue to explore a topic through multiple genres and developing our own theories with an action plan. Language: - Students will use what they know about the structure of stories and what they have seen in mentor texts to help them craft fictional stories. Writing: Students will continue to edit and expand sentences. Spelling Words: - explore, morning, storm, torn, hornet, life, never, thing, kick, wanted, predator, estimate (and a sentence dictation) Math: Students will measure objects in centimeters and meters. Students will also determine the area of objects. Measurement Assessment – Friday Science: Students will learn and create food chains. Social Studies: Students will focus on natural resources.
