FIGURE 1 In vivo intrauterine lipofection. Nulliparous reproductive age mice were mated. Liposome-mediated in vivo uterine transfection was performed by direct IUI. On day 1 of pregnancy, a midline abdominal incision was made and each uterine horn was exposed. One hundred microliters of diluted lipoplex was injected at the ovarian end of each horn. Daftary.
