What I will cover Review what four towers have done, with regards recruitment and training. Look at how they started off. How the training was coordinated What is happening now.

Tower 1 Very small village with a population with approximately 100 people Ring of 5 Bells No local band for over 20 years

Tower 2 Large village with a population with approximately 10000 people Ring of 6 Bells No local band for a few years

Tower 3 Small village with a population with approximately 1200 people Ring of 8 Bells Always had a local band

Tower 4 Very small village with a population with approximately 200 people Ring of 6 Bells No local band for over 20 years
