Final steps Print test from the web site, answer questions then Enter your answers on the on-line answer form Complete your contact information You will receive an email from EMI stating that you successfully passed the course. Save and Print off a copy of the course certificate contained in the email from EMI. Send a copy of your course certificate to your agency
