Digital technologies starts to affect on the mechanism developed by previous two hundred years. Big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and cognitive systems, blockchain and crypto currency, data pipeline, the Internet of things, etc. form the innovative, accessible, and interoperable platform for consumers and traders, business and government.
