PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION We are going to present you a new product of Valjevo region. Valjevo is known for fruit growing. Our brand will give confidence to all generations.

TARGET CUSTOMERS Our target customers are different type of people – everybody who likes chocolate and plums(children, older people, sports people....)?

COMPETITION Our competitors are other manufacturers, who also produce this product – Home Made,BlackBrown.... We have almost the same policy for the international market and we are all on a strong global offensive.

COMPETITION Their weakness is higher selling costs per kilo of plums We sell them at lower prices than others

DISTRIBUTION Our main distribution channel is “M&L International” PLC corporation, which allows us to export our product to west Europe and Russia.

OBJECTIVES We are going to achieve increase of sales for 40 percent, over the world during the next year.

BUDGET AND FINANCING Our proposed product budget is 330.000 euros. We are going to take a loan from the bank and the rest of the money from our own funds

PRICE One kilo of Chocolate plums would cost 10 euros

PACKAGING We will use many different packaging, with our recognizable logo. It would be made of high quality materials, with modern and retro design, in many different shapes.

PROMOTION The main message that we would like to convey is: „If you like tasty, quality and healthy, eat our chocolate plums“. The best way for promotion will be TV commercials and advertising in newspapers.
