Towards Gender Equality in Film Production A new film portal in collaboration with the other Nordic Film Institutes: Nordicwomenfilmmakers. A new mentor programme for women, with established and first-time directors. Several projects with the aim of strengthening gender equality long-term in areas such as education establishments, competitions, film festivals, regional talent development and film camps. Initiatives to highlight female role models. Intensifying the ongoing monitoring of our funding.
