SELF-ASSESSMENT STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES: RED, YELLOW or GREEN? - Yellow At the present time we are building a solid foundation and working toward implementing a effective program. Departmental Coordinators are being established, and working their personnel for copies of certifications and licensing documents. Percentages are rising across all departments, we continue to push for 100% compliance with the 5100.12 series regarding training and documentation. WEAKNESSES: Working with ESAMS coordinators to ensure we have 100% accuracy for NSN. Some departments not assigned a representative. ALL DEPARTMENTAL MOTORCYCLE REPRESENTATIVES/COORDINATORS NEED TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AT THEIR PERSONNEL. ESAMS IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE INFORMATION PUT IN TO IT. NOT ALL PERSONNEL TURN OVERS HAVE BEEN REFLECTED IN THE ESAMS DATA BASE. COORDINATORS MUST HAVE A PLAN IN PLACE TO MEET TRAINING NEEDS.
