Figure 1 Renalase is a nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH)-dependent amine oxidase. Rate of resazurin reduction provides an indirect measure of renalase oxidase activity. Renalase=20μg recombinant renalase; epinephrine=20μmol/l; NADH=250μmol/l.
