514G and 564G Full Immersion The Mecair 514G and 564G systems are the replacement for the Mecair 514 and 564 series of Full Immersion filter cleaning systems. The 514G is mounted to an Ø8” tank and the 564G is mounted to a Ø6” tank. Recently, engineers at Pentair Environmental Systems updated the design of the Mecair Full Immersion range. The 514 and 564 were included in the update, and the 514 G and 564G are now in the process of release. The 514G and 564G are an updated full immersion design based on the Goyen 1.5” 45 Series double diaphragm pulse valves. The Goyen 45 series valves have been in production since 1992 with well over 1,000,000 valves installed worldwide. This upgrade results in greater durability and higher operating pressures. The 514G and 564G are dimensional replacements for the 514 and 564. 514G/564G Full Immersion The 514G and 564G have been configured to: Provide the same flow rates as the 514/564. Achieve greater durability when compared to the 514/564. Operate at higher pressure than the 514/564 (8.6bar instead of 7.5 bar) Be more responsive to the electrical signal than the 514/564. The514/564G uses the diaphragm assembly and materials of the Goyen 1.5” 45 series pulse valves. This diaphragm construction has a 20 year history in general and gas turbine filter cleaning applications.
