Regulation of Fossil Fuel And Logging Practice is Needed

Outline Introduction Fossil fuels and greenhouse effect 7/16/2019 Outline Introduction Fossil fuels and greenhouse effect Fossil fuels and air pollution Deforestation and loss of biodiversity Global warming Conclusion Citation

Introduction With the rapid development of industry, a multitude of serious issues of enviroment has been brought to the earth, where we live. Reasons can be determined as the major energy source relies on fossil fuels, which produce large amount of air pollution and the cause of global warming. Besides, deforestation is also one the reasons of that. Logging practices are dramatically decreasing the existence of trees which constantly keep our soil stable and the balance of O2 and CO2.

Fossil fuels and greenhouse effect 7/16/2019 Fossil fuels and greenhouse effect Fossil fuels can be simply defined as fuels formed by natural processes. Take millions of years changing the animal corpse into fuels(usually gases, coals or oils) we use currently.

Proportion of greenhouse gases 7/16/2019 Proportion of greenhouse gases

Fossil fuels and air pollution 7/16/2019 Fossil fuels and air pollution Air pollution's primary source can be defined as pollutants human's industrial activities exhaust. Secondly, fossil fuels use accounts for the second highest proportion of sources of air pollutants.

Charts of air pollution 7/16/2019 Charts of air pollution

Deforestation and loss of biodiversity 7/16/2019 Deforestation and loss of biodiversity Deforestation refers to the loss or destruction of naturally occurring forests, primarily due to human activities such as logging, cutting trees for fuel. It make some animals die because they lose their family or food, breaking the Ecological balance.

The graph of deforestation and loss of biodiversity 7/16/2019 The graph of deforestation and loss of biodiversity

7/16/2019 Global Warming Global Warming is the increase of Earth's average surface temperature due to effect of greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels or from deforestation, which trap heat that would otherwise escape from Earth. This is a type of greenhouse effect.

The graph about global warming 7/16/2019 The graph about global warming

7/16/2019 Conclusion All in all, logging practice and excessive using the fossil fuels already give a variety of negative effects which are the air pollution ; global warming and lopsided ecology to our environment and our health. The regulation of them is essentially needed.

7/16/2019 The last question what do you think if regulation of fossil fuel use and logging practice will not be introduced, the future of earth ,how is the future of the earth?
