Recommendation Establishment of task force to: identify and provide advice on the necessary elements of a collaborative approach by aviation and judicial authorities, in order to achieve a balanced approach to both the full reporting and sharing of information and the proper administration of justice; consider and recommend amendments to current ICAO SARPs and other relevant documentation which would facilitate such a collaborative approach. Multidisciplinary task force composition: legal experts from States’ regulatory and judicial authorities, aviation professionals and businesses, international organisations
