Recommendation Establishment of task force to: identify and provide advice on the necessary elements of a collaborative approach by aviation and judicial authorities, in order to achieve a balanced approach to both the full reporting and sharing of information and the proper administration of justice; consider and recommend amendments to current ICAO SARPs and other relevant documentation which would facilitate such a collaborative approach.
