SIOP® Partnership with Education Service Agencies Providing customer-focused solutions using Pearson’s Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol – SIOP® How would such a partnership work? Pearson orients ESA staff on the SIOP® approach and services. ESAs and Pearson market the training to customers. ESAs work with a district to develop a custom training plan.
