Relative levels of protection of RTA peptides by mAbs as defined by HX-MS. The values are clustered using k-means clustering into four categories: strong protection (deep blue), intermediate protection (light blue), insignificant protection (gray), and intermediate deprotection (yellow). The dotted lines represent the threshold for statistically significant changes in HX. The RTA peptides are indexed sequentially from the N terminus to C terminus as shown in Supplemental Table I.
