Mobile incident intelligence system Developed a customized Mobile Incident Intelligence System app Operated on crews’ Apple iPads Deployed to all crews in December 2018. No off-shelf field documentation products fully integrate user in the emergency response environment. Better decisions, as well as documentation – integrates protocols and resources for situation specific prompts. Reduces cognitive load.

EMS WORKSHEETS

Increased efficiency – everything documented in 2iS uploads directly into incident – reduces manual transfer of paper and scanning/emailing and uploading report attachments. Initial user reports describe a 15‐20‐minute reduction in time at computer inputting incident reports in RMS. Continual customization to enhance patient treatment and streamline information transfer; responders inform updates
