Welcome! A culmination and a celebration of the work of 2019 Change Agents and Administrators Workshop A culmination and a celebration of the work of all the Change Agents – Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 … and planning for sustainability Welcome! Have the project team introduce themselves – come up to the front of the room so we can use the microphone This work is supported by the National Science Foundation Division of Undergraduate Education through grants 1525593, 1524605, 1524623 & 1524800.

A culmination and celebration and planning for the future Workshop goals Change Agents Learn about the work of other Change Agents and teams Learn more about aspects of the three major strands of the project Codify the work of the SAGE 2YC: Faculty as Change Agents project Discuss and plan for sustainability beyond the SAGE 2YC project Administrators Learn more about the geoscience program(s) at your institution Learn about the SAGE 2YC project goals, the work of the Change Agents, and how these are related to work you undertake at your institution Support the faculty Change Agents in generating plans for the future A culmination and celebration and planning for the future
