WG on Article 83 of the SR. Doc. 20160627 Art83_02 Action 1 Eurostat will use the actuarial assumption as presented at the meeting for the final PCR calculation to be included in the report at 1st September 2015. Done WG on Article 83 of the SR. Doc. 20160627 Art83_02 27-06-2016

WG on Article 83 of the SR. Doc. 20160627 Art83_02 Action 1 Eurostat will send to delegates an updated version of the questionnaire to be used in the next survey. Action 2 The 2015 PCR recommended by Eurostat, will be 10.1% (same as the 2014 one). Doc. 20160627 Art83_02 Action 3 Delegates will be informed about any eventual change on the legal situation conditioning the decision on the contribution rate to be implemented in 2015. Eurostat will draft its 1st September 2015 report on the basis of the provisional calculation presented at this meeting. No changes to the legal situation intervened between the date of the Art. 83 WG and 1st of September 2015. WG on Article 83 of the SR. Doc. 20160627 Art83_02 Action 5 Eurostat will finalize the study by the end of 2015. Delegates will be informed about the outcomes of the project at 2016 WG meeting. The study is currently under an ISC (Inter Service Consultation): it will be released in the course of summer 2016 and made available in CIRCABC.
